  • Installed as a glue down or floating floor

Bamboo – Bamboo is a grass which regenerates faster than wood. It is typically harvested within 4 to 8 years making it a renewable resource.

  • The hardness of bamboo flooring varies based on the environmental conditions

  • Quality bamboo makes a beautiful, warm, environmentally friendly floor that can be enjoyed for many years

  • Bamboo is a natural fiber so color variations occur naturally.

CorkDerived from the bark of the cork oak tree. Cork trees are stripped of their bark every 9 to 14 years and the tree is never cut leaving the habitat undisturbed.

  • Cork floors are easy to maintain because of the acrylic finish

  • Cork flooring is very durable due to the cellular composition that is less affected by impact and friction compared to other hard surfaces

  • Cork floors come in numerous patterns and colors

  • Cork is a great flooring for people with bad backs and legs

Hardwood Character – Naturally present grain variations help determine a wood’s style.

  • Rustic style is produced with dramatic grain variations

  • Traditional style is produced with moderate grain variations

  • Contemporary style is produced with very little color variation

  • Exotic styles such as bamboo, teak, and Brazilian cherry, offer rich hues, varying grain pattern and beautiful color variations.

Note: Wood floors are a natural renewable product and as a result no two pieces are alike. Samples in the store may not be representative of the floor’s overall appearance.
