


Laminate Warranty
Laminate manufacturer’s warranty their product against manufacturing defects.
Laminate must be installed accordingly to the manufacturer’s recommended method and indoors in a residential application.
Laminate can be affected by moisture and humidity. A high moisture content can affect the floor and is not covered by warranty.
Wood is the primary constituent of laminate and will expand and contract with humidity changes. This is not a manufacturer defect. Failure to control the environment where installed will void any warranty.
Laminate warranties require a 5%-10% “waste” allowance. These left over boards must be kept by the purchaser for possible repair or replacement. Neither the manufacturer nor Manasota Flooring, Inc. can guarantee availability of exact match at a later time.
The sole obligation and liability of the manufacturer is to repair or replace the flooring in part or in whole at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Flooring containing visual defects must be reported before installation.
Cleaning and maintenance must be provided by the purchaser in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and with manufacturer approved products.
