The purpose of this letter is to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding tile project on our Lanai. From the very outset involving the tile selection at your Sarasota location to the required measurements of the Lanai, Mary Wright was most helpful and courteous. Prior to receiving the cost estimate, Mr. Rob Paine came to the job site to determine the specific considerations that would be required prior to tile installation. Mr. Paine clearly explained what preparation was necessary to the floor surface and would provide such information to the selected installer.

A very special thanks to Mr. Armen Nazaryan. Mr. Nazaryan clearly demonstrated his exceptional tile installation ability during this week long project. Mr. Nazaryan's level of work ethic coupled with his superior job performance is considered by the undersigned second to none.
